The bulk of the role will involve employee relations, benefits administration, training and development and conflict resolution. The role of HR manager is vital to an organizations’ success. People are our most important asset, and the HR manager will be the one to ensure we have a positive and productive workplace whereas a team we work together to maintain the established mission and objectives. Human Resources Manager Job Responsibilities:
· Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
· Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
· Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
· Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
· Administer and communicate compensation and health benefits to employees.
· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
· Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
· Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
· Handle confidential matters with discretion
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or similar work experience preferred
· 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles
· 3+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
· 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
· SHRM / HRCI certifications highly desired
