Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager:
- Process payroll, review for accuracy, for 150-200 employees
- Maintain employee records in HR database
- Coordinate New Hire onboarding and orientation
- Process worker's compensation, unemployment claims, child support, and tax documents
- Complete background checks for new hires
- Coordinate recruiting process - posting ads, sourcing, interviewing and building offers
Preferred experiences for the Human Resource Manager position:
- Three years of previous experience in Human Resources
- Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong leadership qualities
