Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager:

  • Process payroll, review for accuracy, for 150-200 employees
  • Maintain employee records in HR database
  • Coordinate New Hire onboarding and orientation
  • Process worker's compensation, unemployment claims, child support, and tax documents
  • Complete background checks for new hires
  • Coordinate recruiting process - posting ads, sourcing, interviewing and building offers

Preferred experiences for the Human Resource Manager position:

  • Three years of previous experience in Human Resources
  • Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong leadership qualities
