Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Duties:
Implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Oversee HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or violations of company policies
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data collection is compliant with privacy regulations
- Administer workers' compensation claims and FMLA requests
- Utilize HR software systems
- Stay current on industry trends and changes in labor laws to ensure compliance

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proven experience in training development and delivery
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
