We are looking for an People Operations Manager who can help with the day-to-day tasks as well as manage the overall functions of the department. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will help provide our employees with a great experience while ensuring Impresiv Health meets all regulation and compliance requirements on a multi-state platform.
Key Job Description:
The People Operations Manager is directly responsible for the overall development, administration, coordination, and evaluation of all HR functions, including but not limited to:
- Compensation and benefits
- Recruitment and selection
- Employee relations
- Training and development
- Payroll
- Worker’s comp and unemployment claims
You’ll Be Asked To:
- Plan, organize, and control all activities of the department; participate in developing department goals, objectives, initiatives, and systems.
- Compensation plan development and annual review.
- Job description creation and annual review.
- Development, recommendation, and implementation of personnel policies and procedures. Handbook maintenance.
- Group health care benefits negotiation and administration, including claims resolution; open enrollment processing; approving invoices.
- Recruitment, selection, strategic planning, including the creation of all back-office job postings, screening and interviewing candidates; conducting reference checks; extending job offers.
- Managing and executing the onboarding on all back-office and resource candidates including the credentialing process.
- Establish and maintain department records and reports; represent department with management; maintain organizational chart.
- Collaborate with finance on payroll issues.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws while overseeing employees across the country.
- OSHA 300 and workers compensation compliance and records maintenance. FMLA administration. DOT administration.
- Develop and maintain affirmative action program, file EEO-1 annual, maintains other records, reports, and logs to confirm to EEO regulations.
- Employee relations, including workplace issues investigation and resolution; risk mitigation; maintenance of a discrimination-free and harassment-free safe workplace.
- Employee wellbeing, including advocacy, support, employee assistance, and wellness.
- Develop employee retention initiatives.
- Participate in performance evaluation and career path program processes.
- Termination of employment and benefits processing.
- Support employee development including but not limited to new hire orientation, skills and needs assessments, leadership training, professional development, post-learning evaluation, and sourcing and coordinating various training programs.

What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 5 years Human Resource experience with progressively responsible professional experience working in multi-state territories.
- SHRM certification preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills including relationship management and ethical practice.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of US labor and employment law and business partnering experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
