Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join the world wide known High-End fashion brand company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Experience with workers' compensation processes
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft or similar HRIS software
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Ability to handle data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Experience in HR sourcing using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with Dayforce or similar HR management software
- Strong understanding of employee relations practices
- Familiarity with payroll processing systems
