Key responsibilities will include providing leadership and recruiting support to hiring authorities, recruiters and HR teams across all facilities; supporting and reviewing I-9 forms & documents; monitoring, analyzing, and facilitating ATS processes & procedures; acting as a liaison between subcontract vendors and the company; interpreting and explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, or regulations; and conducting special projects.
The requirements of the position are as follows:
- A B.S. degree in Human Resources or equivalent in addition to a minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience, preferably within a managerial role;
- Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Strong understanding of recruiting practices and tools including experience using an ATS system;
- Experience working with I-9 / E-Verify processes;
- Basic computer skills using MS Office programs such as MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc.;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality; and
- Ability to travel in supporting facilities.
