Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, benefits and onboarding for the physician practices and will report to the CHRO.
Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues and concerns.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations to mitigate risks.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Work closely with managers to identify performance issues and develop appropriate interventions.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to address them.
- Facilitate training sessions on various topics, including leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance training.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
HR Administration:
- Manage HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and administering benefits programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
Requirements
Minimum & Desirable Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration or related field from a accredited institution.
· A minimum of five to seven (5-7) years’ broad based professional work experience in the area(s) of recruitment, human resources or employee relations.
· A minimum of three - five years (3-5) supervisory experience.
· Experience applying federal and state employment laws, rules, processes, and organizational policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience leading process improvement efforts.
· Experience with ADP
· Professional certification from a recognized human resources /personnel association.
