Position Profile: Human Resources Seasonal Assistant

Status: Seasonal, Hourly
JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resources Seasonal Assistant will directly assist with the day-to-day support of the Stadium Services Department with a wide range of projects related to recruiting, onboarding, and administrative support.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Assist in the Recruiting, Interviewing and Hiring process for Stadium Services Game Day Event Staff
2. Data entry, basic reporting, and file management.
3. Assist in facilitating Game Day Event staff training.
4. Assist with scheduling stadium Services personnel.
5. Maintain Staff call sheets and attendance history.
6. Respond to employment inquiries in a timely manner.
7. Perform organizational and special projects as assigned.
8. Other duties and projects as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS):
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams required.
2. Written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands by establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
