Human Resources Generalist

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.

Job Summary

The Human Resources Generalist provides support and recommendations to the delivery of human resources services with specific responsibility for providing information to employees regarding policies and regulations; addressing a variety of issues and/or providing support to managers; maintaining records, files and databases of personnel actions, evaluation, and longevity; and ensuring that personnel functions conform to applicable regulatory requirements. Responsible for benefit administration for all employees in the responsible locations/programs. Manages ADA, FMLA, FLSA established processes and procedures.

Skills/Requirements:

• Associates in a related field, or
• 3 years’ experience in the HR field, or
• Any similar combination of education and experience

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
