Employment Information
We are looking for a proactive human resources generalist with strong compliance competencies and well-developed employee relations skills to join our growing company. You support the HR department including: benefits administration, HRIS maintenance and reporting, compliance reporting, HR communications, and rewards & recognition. Responsibilities
  • Establishes and implements HR initiatives that support the firm’s vision, mission and strategic goals
  • Performs benefit administration including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, benefit renewal, open enrollment and communication of benefits to employees and partners
  • Leads firm’s compliance with all federal, state and local legislation pertaining to all human resource matters
  • Identifies opportunities for enhancement of firm culture, employee relations and environment based on employee and organization feedback and changing market conditions
  • Partner with COO to refine roles and responsibilities, succession plans and growth opportunities for positions across the firm
  • Develops, recommends, implements and reviews annually changes to the firm’s policies, procedures and practices on HR matters in partnership with President and COO
  • Demonstrates leadership that inspires and motivates others to perform well and accepts feedback from others
  • Maintain human resources related annual budget and goals
  • Provide support and backup as necessary related to talent acquisition and retention
  • Addresses and resolves personnel concerns as appropriate
  • Responsible for firm performance review process and coaching system
  • Supports and champions a culture that values all people Requirements include 4+ years’ relevant work experience in HR role including demonstrated competencies in compliance and employment law, performance management, employee relations and retention required
