Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations. This role requires a strong understanding of human resources management and employment labor laws.
Duties:
- Manage employee performance evaluation processes
- Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with policies
- Assist in workforce management activities such as staffing and scheduling
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate HR records
- Handle contract preparation and review
- Support human capital management initiatives
- Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on resolutions
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and ensure company compliance
- Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR functions such as performance management, benefits administration, and workforce management
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in data entry and HR ADP software systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Certification in Human Resources Management is a plus
