Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems (ADP Software)
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and other regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee leaves of absence.
Skills:
- Strong project management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP Software).
- In-depth knowledge of human resources management principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, EEOC, etc.
- Ability to leverage HR sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
