NOW HIRING: Human Resources Director
Responsibilities of a Human Resources Director:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent in the nursing and healthcare industry.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll management.
  • Implement and maintain effective training and development programs for staff.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and optimize workforce planning.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive work culture.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
Human Resources Director Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare or nursing home setting.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations pertaining to healthcare.
