King & Spalding, a leading global law firm, seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to join the Atlanta, GA office. The individual in this position provides Human Resource support for the Atlanta office as well as K&S regional offices including participation in recruiting, coordination of office functions, new employee orientation, and special projects as assigned by Director of Human Resources, Associate Director of Human Resources, Senior Manager and Manager. Successful candidates must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills (both written and oral) to effectively support and represent the Human Resources Department. Candidates must have the ability to multitask and demonstrate superior project management skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure in the team’s fast- paced environment, while maintaining good perspective on the larger picture/impact. Candidates must exercise discretion and good judgment daily, particularly when handling confidential and/or sensitive employee information. Candidates must be able to work with a high degree of independence and must have the ability to work overtime in the evening and/or on weekends when necessary.
Candidates are required to have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of prior work experience in a law firm or similar environment. Previous HR-related and Workday experience is preferred.
