We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinatorto join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Human Resources Coordinator provides support and facilitates the human resource processes of all Webster Dental locations. This role assists with payroll, employee health and welfare plans, and acts as liaison between employees and Webster Dental’s PEO. The Human Resource Coordinator makes sure that certain plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan provisions are followed. This role aids the Leadership Team with all matters as needed, including record-keeping and file maintenance.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Payroll

· Assists with providing all relevant employee data to Webster Dental's PEO – includes updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, hourly-employee validations, and benefits changes.

· Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development.

· Supports compliance with all local, state, and federal legal and regulatory requirements.

Benefits

· Assists with administering health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.

· Reconciles benefit invoices and statements monthly.

· Provide dedicated and effective HR customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions related to payroll, benefits, or other employment matters.

Talent Acquisition

· Assists with recruitment and interview process.

· Completes new hire onboarding, verifies I-9 documentation, and maintains I-9 files.

· Assists in preparation of new hire orientation program and execute a smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating across departments to deliver an exceptional first day experience.

· Assists with processing of terminations.

· Assist in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
  • At least one year’s related experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
