The Opportunity:
The HR Generalist will directly report to the Senior Human Resource Manager and will play a crucial role in providing support across various departments within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintenance of electronic employee records, facilitating onboarding and offboarding procedures, liaising with vendors, and other administrative tasks. Additionally, they will readily take on any other tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain electronic employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in systems, including but not limited to HRIS, healthcare platform, accounting platform, and payroll platform.
Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and performance evaluation forms.
Preparing weekly update newsletter, forms, surveys, letters, written communications, and graphics for distribution to employees.
Ordering and distributing employee recognition awards.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys.
Serves as point of contact for onboarding and offboarding matters.
Initiate background checks, employment eligibility verification processes, and coordinating with the security officials, as needed.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by disseminating forms, entering new hires into key systems, confirming system access, coordinating onboarding schedules, aiding in leading new hire orientation, equipment management, e-welcome boards, and reviewing new hire documents for accuracy.
Manage offboarding procedures, including asset collection, record updates, and exit interviews.
Coordinating onboarding processes for 1099s and subcontractors by sending forms, confirming access to systems, creating profiles in JAMIS, updating tracking form, and ensuring organized recordkeeping for compliance purposes.
Maintains Learning Management System (LMS) including updating employee profiles, coordination of training sessions, sending evaluations, and applying Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits.
Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance of mandatory training programs including anti-harassment, interviewer compliance, and IT trainings.
Assisting with coordination of open enrollment by updating rates, drafting announcements, and reviewing enrollments for accuracy.
Remain abreast of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
You Have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience maintaining electronic employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in systems, including but not limited to HRIS, healthcare platform, accounting platform, and payroll platform.
- At least one year of relevant experience;
- Knowledge of standard HR administrative practices and procedures;
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as clients;
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, organized and detailed-oriented;

Clearance:

Salary
Salary at Williams Adley is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is
between $55,000.00 and $65,000.00 (annualized USD) based on experience, skills, and certifications. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Williams Adley’s total compensation package for employees.
