Duties:

• Collaborating with various departments to develop and implement programs fostering high performance, ethics, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
• Conducting interviews and maintaining accurate job descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and needs
• Managing compensation and rewards initiatives to drive employee motivation and retention
• Analyzing programs to identify operational inefficiencies and develop strategies for improvement
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to senior leaders in driving continuous improvement and performance within the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of HR experience required
• Excellent communication skills
