Human Resources Business Partner
The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to senior management and department heads, driving HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Reporting into a multi-site HR leader, this role oversees any on-site HR Generalists and provides guidance on complex HR matters, organizational development, and change management.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
- Partner with senior management to identify talent needs, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Lead and mentor HR Generalists, providing guidance on HR best practices, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with department heads to address organizational challenges, promote teamwork, and enhance employee engagement.
- Drive performance management processes, including performance coaching, talent development, and career planning.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, assess organizational effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Lead change management initiatives and facilitate organizational development interventions to support business growth and transformation.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including employment laws, labor relations, and diversity initiatives.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years experience in HR management, with a focus on strategic business partnering.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and managing organizational change.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
We'd Like To See
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Workday and data analysis tools.
