Overview:
The Human Resource Assistant will be responsible for providing assistance for administration and support of the hiring center office in Silver Spring, MD. Engage and help manage the company’s day to day human resources operation.
Responsibilities:
- Provides clerical and operation support to other human resources staff
- Answer phones for the HR department
- Enter employment data in computer base
- Composing and preparing correspondence
- Track and update employee general and relevant information
- Compiling documents for meetings
- Assists in processing, maintaining and managing confidential personnel files
- Assists the manager with HR projects
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 year of experience supporting with Human Resources/ benefits
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be an exceptionally polished professional
- Experience: 1+ Years
- Bilingual is a MUST.
