Provides current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and other work-related information.
- Conducts employee handbook orientations and explains benefits self-enrollment system.
- Assists employees with benefit claims.
- Assist employees with Workers Comp if needed
- Employees file audits
- Manage and keep track of employee personal files
- Payroll
- Create offer letters for potential employees and employee promotions
- Onboarding of new employees
- Offboarding employees
- Microsoft (Outlook, Calendar, To-Do)
- Assist with employee access and logins of all company systems
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
