Employment Information

This position requires the individual to be fluent in Spanish, time efficient and good under pressure. Must be detail oriented and responsible.

Full-time position available Monday-Friday.

Human Resources Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and Interview potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
  • Develop standard HR forms and applications for employees and vendors
  • Monitor the supervisors to ensure guidelines are always being followed and practiced
  • Schedule and perform regular safety meetings in all locations/properties
  • Explain and provide information on employee benefits, programs, and education
  • Cover all legal compliance for human resource federal and state requirements - have general knowledge of employment laws
  • Make sure the company follows employment laws on both federal and state level
  • Maintain employee records and paperwork
  • Track vacation time/sick days for employees
  • Collect time cards every 1st and 16th of every month for payroll
  • Address employee concerns
  • Assist staff, supervisors, and the CEO of the company with special projects
  • Hold special meetings when required
  • Visit properties when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
