This position requires the individual to be fluent in Spanish, time efficient and good under pressure. Must be detail oriented and responsible.
Full-time position available Monday-Friday.
Human Resources Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit and Interview potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
- Develop standard HR forms and applications for employees and vendors
- Monitor the supervisors to ensure guidelines are always being followed and practiced
- Schedule and perform regular safety meetings in all locations/properties
- Explain and provide information on employee benefits, programs, and education
- Cover all legal compliance for human resource federal and state requirements - have general knowledge of employment laws
- Make sure the company follows employment laws on both federal and state level
- Maintain employee records and paperwork
- Track vacation time/sick days for employees
- Collect time cards every 1st and 16th of every month for payroll
- Address employee concerns
- Assist staff, supervisors, and the CEO of the company with special projects
- Hold special meetings when required
- Visit properties when needed
