Surveillance Security is seeking a full time HR. We are growing and in need of someone who is seeking upward growth and mobility with a great company. We need someone who is adaptable to change, and has a "Go Getter" approach when it comes to prioritizing job duties.

If you are a fast learner, who can be resourceful is just the addition we need to add to our growing team.

Schedule MON- FRI, 9am-5pm

Requirements:

  • Basis Human Resources functions
  • Experience with conducting audits
  • Writing Memorandums
  • Familiarity with Paycor
  • Workman's Compensation Claims

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Write memorandums to communicate HR policies and procedures to employees
  • Manage Workman's Compensation Claims
  • Maintain accurate records of employee information
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth HR operations
  • Perform other HR duties as assigned

Must be 21+ years of age for vehicle insurance purposes.

Must have a valid license and a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
