Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with employment labor laws. This position requires strong knowledge of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Duties:
- Conduct HR sourcing activities to attract qualified candidates for open positions
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, including screening applicants and conducting background checks
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews
- Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records and preparing reports
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims
- Maintain knowledge of current employment labor laws and ensure compliance in all HR practices

- Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations
