Business Interface Workforce Services, LLC (BI), is a demand-side workforce intermediary that helps business fill critical workforce gaps by employing the economically disabled. The organization serves as the interface between socially conscious employers in need of a productive, committed workforce and an untapped pool of labor qualified and prepared for employment.
The Human Resources Generalist gives leadership to the overall human resources duties for BI's corporate and field offices. This position requires frequent exposure to sensitive information--confidentiality, high ethical standards and exemplary judgment are necessary. The HR Generalist, reports to the Division Leader.
Job Duties:
- Will have offices throughout the Philadelphia metro area and Delaware
- Execute all phases of talent acquisition, including job postings, recruiting, interviewing, screening, and hiring of candidates
- Administrate all functions of HRIS
- Oversee proper execution of hiring and on boarding new employees
- Maintain and file all HR related employee documents
- Implement and administer employee policies
- Provide recommendations to management on employee relations and performance management issues
- Serve as point of contact for outside staffing agencies
- Preform benefits administration, including enrollment and involvement with broker
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field
- 2+ years of HR generalist experience
- Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills
- Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
- Ability to travel periodically to center locations within the region
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 2010
