QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Master’s Degree in human resources management, public or business administration or related field and at least three (3) years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management, public or business administration or related field and at least five (5) years of related work experience; OR any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• A minimum of three years of human resource management experience, preferably in a non-profit organization.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is highly desired.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Working Conditions

• This position is sedentary involving sitting most of the time and not exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
• Walking/Standing is required occasionally.
• The position requires talking and being able to express or exchange ideas by means of spoken words.
• The position also requires hearing and receiving detailed information through oral communication.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities
• Must have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and insurance
• Must be available after business hours to attend events and to complete required duties to fulfill the needs of the agency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
