Job Tasks
- Filing, data entry, and document organization
- Assist in managing digital employee records
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in onboarding preparation
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance
- Assist in scheduling training sessions and organizing training materials
- Stay updated on HR policies, regulations, and best practices
- Any other tasks as assigned by the HR manager
Requirements:
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, Excel, and Word
