Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and functions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the field of human resources.


Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments for HR staff.

  • Manage calendars and assist with scheduling for HR-related activities.

  • Book travel arrangements for employees and HR team members, including flights, hotels, and transportation.

  • Assist with event planning and coordination for HR-related events, such as training sessions, conferences, and employee engagement activities.

  • Prepare and distribute materials for meetings and events, including agendas, presentations, and handouts.

  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee information, travel itineraries, and event details.

  • Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.


Work Experience Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the legal industry.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.


Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


Physical Requirements:

  • Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions.

  • Stand/Sit – Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.

  • Walk – This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc.

  • Use of hands/fingers to handle or feel – Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine/printer.

  • Climbs stairs – May occasionally ascends/descends the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria, and parking area.

  • Carry Weight/Lift - Occasionally moves supplies weighing up to 10 pounds for various presentation and event needs.
