Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment, hiring, and termination processes, including preparing necessary documentation.
  • Maintain employee files and documents in compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and support performance review processes.
  • Administer insurance programs, process enrollments, and assist with employee inquiries.
  • Maintain HR systems for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage 401(k) plan administration, including record-keeping and employee assistance.
  • Handle employee time off requests and maintain paid time off records.
  • Review and update employee handbook policies as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are sufficient.
  • Maintain vendor lists, manage subscriptions, and coordinate renewals.
  • Arrange travel accommodations and schedule meetings for management and guests.
  • Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate personnel. / Handle incoming mail, distribute, and send out letters or packages.
  • Greet visitors, provide general support, and assist with reception duties.
  • Coordinate company events and provide logistical support.
  • Liaise with building management for office facilities maintenance and repairs.
  • Train employees on office rules and asset management, including IT assets.
  • Run company errands as required to support daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in office coordination, administrative support, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Bilingual in Korean Preferred.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
