As the HRIS & Payroll Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
Oversee the HRIS system, ensuring the accurate input, maintenance, and integrity of employee data, utilizing ADP Workforce Now
Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making processes and compliance requirements
Assume responsibility for processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now in the absence of the Payroll Manager
Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy of employee records and payroll data, adhering to privacy regulations and company policies
Provide training and support to departmental staff on HRIS and payroll processes and procedures
Collaborate with IT and external vendors, such as ADP, to maintain data integrity and resolve integration-related issues
HRIS & Payroll Support Specialist Minimum Salary: $58,500 (Exempt)
HRIS & Payroll Support Specialist Maximum Salary: $58,500 (Exempt)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in: Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
3-5 years of hands on experience working with HRIS systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now, and familiarity with payroll processing
ADP Certification, preferred
