HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN

We are looking for a Chang Manager who can quickly assess stakeholder needs and can work through ambiguity. A go getter who will be leading change for a New Timekeeping Solutions initiative, which is a very complex, compliance-heavy, transformational effort that will ultimately guide Operators to vendor-managed Timekeeping solutions.

YOU WILL:
  • Assist in planning out how to implement change
  • Lead the weekly Change workstream calls
  • Execute on the current Change Management plan
  • Develop/refine the Change Management plan for the next phase of this work
  • Partner with vendor Change Management team as needed.
IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:
  • Skilled in leading and implementing change management initiatives
  • Solid understanding of organizational development and change theory
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Ability to effectively deal with stakeholders
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex issues
  • Ability to operate changes on your own and as part of a group
  • Adeptness in using advanced tools and software, like project management software, to manage change processes
  • 5-8 years of experience in a change management role
  • Expertise in influencing others to support change
  • This position is remote but expectation to come to Atlanta, GA for import meetings around once a month
