We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Human Resources related fields.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee California Paid Sick Leave Program
- Manage employee relations and address grievances
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of performance management and workforce planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
