  • Estimated annual base pay: $24.33 (minimum) - $30.43 (midpoint) - $36.54 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re an HR Advisor or Specialist, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Woodward is hiring an HR Service Advisor for our Rock Cut Campus in Loves Park, IL. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Global Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Groups in various functions including but not limited to assigning job requisitions to appropriate TA Partners, scheduling interviews, responding to inquiries from internal and external customers, and accommodation request.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Supports life-cycle management of members from recruiting and onboarding processes through termination. This may include activities such as: interview scheduling, preparing job offers, file maintenance, scheduling exit interviews, and processes change of status forms.
  • Utilize case management system to document and respond to member inquiries in a professional, sensitive, and customer-focused manner, providing timely and accurate information, clarifying issues, researching answers, escalating unresolved problems, and following through to ensure that each case is fully resolved in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Ensures a high level of customer service to all, maintaining a strong open relationship with HR team members and leaders.
  • Leverage procedures, policy manuals, knowledge management system and other reference materials to resolve inquiries.
  • May support key processes including leave administration, accommodation requests, background checks, relocation, and immigration.
  • May support on-site activities at multiple locations
What We Are Looking For
  • High School Diploma is required
  • Bachelors degree or 2 or more years of experience in administration or customer service in lieu of a degree is required
  • Proficiency in managing confidential information Experience using Workday preferred
  • Experience with leave administration and accommodation processes strongly desired
