General Description
Manage and support Talent Acquisition Corporate Requirement Validation unit’s internal processes for job employment screenings to internal and external candidates in activities such as tests, background checks, drug testing and other related processes. Engage with candidates throughout the talent acquisition process and provide a high-quality candidate experience. Respond to inbound calls to address any inquiry related to Talent Acquisition processes, or channel to other Human Resources area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the initial assessments virtually and onsite; Perform corrections and keep record of results.
  • Reach out candidates to explain background check process, request Background Checks to third party and review results. Generate and distribute pre and final adverse action letters, as necessary, as required under FCRA or other local jurisdictions.
  • Completes candidate financial compliance and regulatory verification processes, including: OFAC, Credit History, Security and ARX verifications.
  • Coordinates drug test with candidate and supplier. Checks for results daily and follows up with supplier.
  • Manages and performs quality verification of candidate files with evidence of completed processes and collaborate with the employee file unit to digitize the file within the established time frame.
  • Support any daily Talent Acquisition administrative tasks.
  • Supports internal remediation projects and audits with management oversight.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, preferable.
Experience
One (1) year of experience in Human Resources areas such as: recruitment process and documentation or related experience.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and be flexible to changes.
  • Ability to establish priorities and work with multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Ability to analyze and verify the integrity of data.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
  • Intermediate or advanced knowledge in the use of MS Office 365 Programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
