Responsibilities:

As our Recruiting/Onboarding/Compliance Manager, you will be expected to do the following:

  • Sourcing: Advertising, attracting, reviewing and scheduling interviews
  • Screening: Conduct candidate evaluations by phone screening
  • Scheduling: Coordinating interviews and performing interview confirmations
  • Interviewing: Conducting preliminary phone screens and in person interviews
  • File Preparation: Scanning uploading putting together employee files
  • Phone Coverage - Picking up answering and transferring taking messages
  • Onboarding - Coordinating and conducting onboarding, and new employee orientation
  • Training: Conduct training with our RN and Client Care Managers with the new hires
  • Data Entry: Entering new caregivers in our HR system
  • Compliance: Ensure all new hires and current employees meet and comply with state and federal laws.
  • Retention: Ensure employee satisfaction for the first 90 days of employment with check in calls, additional field support, performance reviews.
  • On Call: Must be available one weekend per month to take on-call providing phone support remotely for clients and caregivers.

Requirements:

The right candidate has passion and compassion for caring for seniors along with the following:

  • Must be a high school graduate, college degree preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year o recruitment experience in a high volume setting.
  • A positive people leader who refuses to settle for “good enough”.
  • Has office management expertise with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • When planning and prioritizing, this person is “the best of the best”!
  • Managing tasks has always been a breeze for this person because they have the ability to think forward and have the attention to detail to back it up.
  • Has the ability to provide consistency in caregiver scheduling with managers.
  • Has prior scheduling experience with a scheduling/recruiting software system.
  • Enjoys technology and have great computer skills.
  • Is innovative and creative in finding solutions and resolving challenges.
  • Is teamwork oriented.
