HR RECRUITING COORDINATOR
For the Silver Springs Bottled Water Co. in Ocala, FL
Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
High level of confidentiality is necessary to be successful in this position.
Job Duties
- Reports to HR Generalist providing support as needed.
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment process.
- Handle all applicant follow-up phone calls and communication.
- Maintain applicant flow log, review/screen applications and resumes.
- Conduct same day interview, coordinate 2nd interview/tour with Managers for hourly positions.
- Make conditional job offers and rescind offers as needed.
- Conduct pre-employment process as approved by HR Generalist.
- Conduct new hire orientations.
- Enter Florida new hire and eVerify.
- Maintain I-9's and conduct monthly audits.
- Develop relationship with temporary agencies and place job orders.
- Conduct mandatory benefit meetings.
- Assist with annual benefits open enrollment meetings and processing.
- All HR filing and making copies
- Maintain applications, pre-employment and new hire packet. Re-order these supplies as needed.
- Conduct box kit audits.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel), and Outlook
- Minimum of 1 year experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Current Florida driver's license
- Flexibility to work additional hours as needed based on HR department needs/goals.
Employer conducts drug screen, physical, MVR, and background screening.
