Ginger Cove is currently seeking a full-time HR Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our community.

The HR Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful recruitment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Prepare and extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates
  • Coordinate initial onboarding activities and associated communication
  • Maintain candidate database and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external recruiting partners
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house) with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Extensive experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software (Paycom experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and usage of various social media and job board platforms
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with others to help colleagues achieve common goals
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination required
