Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates for open positions
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Indeed to manage candidate profiles and applications
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for further evaluation
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Assist with negotiating job offers and managing the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Indeed, or similar platforms
- Proficient in conducting research and utilizing various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates
- Experience with resume screening, phone screening, and interviewing techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Familiarity with HR sourcing methods and lead generation strategies
