Job Description:
The HR Manager is responsible for handling all personnel matters, ensuring company protocol and standards are adhered to, overseeing payroll and budgeting, and developing a company culture that supports teamwork and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Handle personnel recruitment, onboarding, and mediation or disciplinary action when needed
- Conduct applicant background checks, verifications, and reference checks
- Handle all company licensing and regulatory programs
- Oversee employee programs
- Build SOPs
- Oversee OSHA certifications, safety programs, PPE, worker’s compensation, etc.
- Oversee payroll and budgeting
- Recommend and implement new procedures and policies, including creating and maintaining policy handbook(s)
- Ensure consistency and equity of job evaluations, profiles, and salary/wage administration
- Create and implement recruitment strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or SHRM certification
- 5+ years of work experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar field
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Bilingual required
