Job Summary:
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, training programs, and procedures across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee and manage Paycom, the payroll and learning management software
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Conduct regular training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and sending offers to upermanagment
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
- Develop and maintain pay plans and benefits program
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Set up and administer bi-annual employee performance reviews
- Develop and implement a leadership development program for managers and team leads
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Experience developing and teaching content to managers and supervisors
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements
- Strong understanding of change management principles and experience leading organizational change initiatives
- Proficient in running hourly payroll, processing expense reimbursements and loans
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and present HR metrics to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
