Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR issues and policies, such as employee relations, performance management, career development, and conflict resolution.
Administer and maintain employee records, benefits, and payroll in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Conduct and analyze employee engagement surveys and provide recommendations for improvement.
Assist the HR Director and managers in developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives, such as diversity, equity and inclusion, employee recognition, and retention.
Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal compliance.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Proficient in MS Office and Google Business suites, as well as HRIS and ATS systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Certification in PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent is preferred.
