We've partnered with a dynamic organization seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join their team in Ogden, Utah. This position offers the opportunity for a 6-month assignment with the potential to transition into a direct hire role. Job Description:

As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy development, training, and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, analyzing data for trends and insights.

Conducting investigations and resolving complex employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.

Supporting the company in addressing employee inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and general employment information.

Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Collaborating with department heads to assess training needs, conducting training, and managing training records.

Analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and propose strategic solutions for continuous improvement.

Assisting in HR-related legal compliance and risk management efforts.

Providing guidance and support

Work Experience Requirements:

3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience at the HR Generalist Level I.

Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to lead and mentor junior HR professionals.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS, including experience with HR-related software.

Comfortable and proficient in conversational Spanish.
