Tomo Drug Testing performs random drug and alcohol testing for schools, workplace and court systems. As an HR Generalist at Tomo Drug Testing you will run daily functions of the Human Resources department.

What you’ll do:

  • Be a part of the employee recruitment process, including job posting and interviewing
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Payroll and benefits administration
  • Oversee workers' compensation and unemployment insurance claims
  • Administration of the human resources information system (HRIS)
  • Be a point of contact for employees regarding company policies
  • May oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, including management of auto insurance claims and vehicle repairs
  • Other reasonably related duties as assigned

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of human resources experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A desire to make a difference
  • Excellent customer service capabilities
  • The ability to problem solve and think independently
  • Quick learner with a high capacity for new information and skills
  • Basic computer skills

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience
