Job description
- Recruitment and Staffing: Assisting in the recruitment process for hiring new employees, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.
- Employee Relations: Handling employee relations matters, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks that may be offered.
- Policy Implementation: Ensuring that HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented throughout the warehouse.
- Training and Development: Organizing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of warehouse employees.
- Performance Management: Overseeing performance evaluation processes and providing support for employee development and improvement.
- Compliance: Ensuring that the bakery warehouse complies with labor laws, safety regulations, and other relevant employment laws.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolving conflicts and disputes among employees and promoting a harmonious work environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records related to employee information, attendance, and other HR-related data.
- Communication: Facilitating effective communication between management and employees, and addressing any communication challenges that may arise.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
