JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Business Delivery Manager in the HR Data and Analytics team, you are focused on enabling the delivery of products in a consistent and scalable way using strong business acumen and collaboration with cross-functional teams at all levels. Key areas of support include intake, prioritization and liaison for AI/ML, data visualization, technology, and data advisory partnership to drive centralized best practices and synergy.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with a cross-functional teams to execute on key delivery tasks and identified ways to boost efficiencies in a structured approach
- Partner to identify and manage completion of targeted activities, monitor for adherence to deliverables, and raise blockers or other dependencies in a timely manner
- Support HR product priorities, routines and cadences needed to drive end-to-end implementation of enhanced experiences
- Manage and develop the ongoing need to safeguard our data and partner with control and governance teams to ensure our delivery methods are well controlled
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Minimum 3 years in delivery / program / business management role
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint – PitchPro preferred internally)
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently across multiple levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to independently and proactively manage dynamic workload, drive attention to detail, escalate appropriately, and manage sensitive information with discretion
- Demonstrated experience in agile product deployment processes, including but not limited to hands-on use of:
- JIRA / Jira Service Management
- Luma / Monday.com
- SharePoint / Confluence
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Relevant experience in consulting, client engagement, or project execution with demonstrated experience in data & analytics topics
- Domain knowledge in Human Resources analytics or in the financial services, especially in recruitment, workforce planning, talent & career development, and HR service
- Pragmatic problem solving approach and experience supporting across multiple types of issues in project work
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and willingness to learn new areas of focus (e.g. support functions, software, tools, methodology)
- Understanding or experience of the following tools:
- Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik)
- Statistical software or coding languages (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS, Python)
- Advanced excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, advanced conditional formatting, Analysis ToolPak, macros/VBA)
- Data wrangling (e.g., SQL, Alteryx)
