Summary:

What You'll Do:
As the HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the training and development initiatives of our organization. You will work closely with the HR team and department managers to identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate training sessions for employees at all levels.

  • Mange and set the annual training calendar in collaboration with the training and development team.
  • Track and update the Learning Mangement system.
  • Support the HR team prepare for new hire orientation.
  • Support the training team in identify training needs and develop training plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including logistics, materials, and attendance tracking.
  • Assist in the development of training materials, presentations, and other resources.
  • Managing the corporate Workplace account
  • Provide administrative support for training initiatives, including maintaining training records and tracking training completion.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee development programs, such as mentoring and coaching programs.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Support the HR team develop, and run the local internship programs.
Who You Are:
Must Haves:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
