Our client in Glen Allen is looking for an HR Coordinator to support the entirety of their HR office. This position with work with HR Managers, Directors and Specialists to enable office efficiency and productivity. Successful candidates will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and have the Human Resources expereince and knowledge to get things done in a timely manner. This position is fully on-site. Reliable transportation is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting HR Managers and Directors with HR policies and procedures.
  • Administrative support, enabling office efficency and productivity.
  • Studying, reviewing, creating and maintaining policy guidelines and handbooks.
  • Employee engagement and conflict resolution.
  • Workman's compensation, unemployment and insurance claims.
  • Benefits administration.
  • Supporting payroll when needed.
  • Excellent organizational and collaboration skills.
  • Data entry, file distribution and organization.
  • Verbal and written communication and e-mail coordination.
