Employment Information

Job Responsibilities:

  • I provide a wide variety of HR and Recruiting duties which could include: assisting in employee relations, benefit enrollment, onboarding, posting jobs, sourcing and screening applicants, and serve as the training backup.
  • I assist with setup and maintenance of new and current personnel files.
  • I resolve issues regarding the interview and hiring process.
  • I work directly with managers to streamline hiring processes and enhance employee and candidate experience.
  • I am a team player and stay positive to an ongoing and changing environment
  • I perform other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:

  • I am a self-starter, who can proactively deliver needed Payroll and HR services in a changing environment
  • I have the ability to multi-task and manage changing or competing priorities.
  • I am a fast-paced, well-organized, multi-tasker, and efficient in the delivery of HR services
  • I am professional, able to build relationships, and influence others
  • I have the ability to communicate information to team members and candidates in a clear and concise manner.
  • I am detail oriented and be able to work autonomously and is independent in their responsibilities.
  • I have a proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • I have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.


Skills Desired:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of recruiting coordination or in an HR support role
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices
  • Strong PC Computer Skills MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint), Internet, Database
