About the Role


MVP Ones seeks a driven, self-motivated Human Resources Assistant who works effectively both independently and within a team. As an HR Assistant, you will provide support to the HR department in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of human resources activities. What You’ll Do


  • Maintain and update employee database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communicate verbally and in written form with vendors and employees.
  • Coordinate distribution of incoming and outgoing communications (via mail, e-mails, and phone).
  • Assist and support organized company events, functions, activities, and lunches.
  • Upkeep inventories of office and kitchen supplies along with organization of common areas.
  • Aid department with employee benefit programs, retention, and onboarding & offboarding activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and employment laws in HR and recommend processes or improvements.
  • Process confidential information, policies, and procedures while ensuring they align with company values and best practices.
  • Assist in training temporary employees and interns.
  • Ship packages as needed via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
  • Update standard operating procedures on the company intranet as necessary.
