The ideal candidate will possess intermediate to expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and be comfortable manning a front desk and phone system. Position: HR Assistant, Part Time

Job Duties

  • Act as daily backup to front desk receptionist, as needed, answering phones, greeting customers and routing requests to correct departments.
  • Assist Human Resources Manager with assigned administrative tasks and/or projects.
  • Any other reasonable task, as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Must possess an intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Able to dedicate 20 hours per week, M-F
  • Exemplify a professional, polished demeanor.
  • Team player attitude, reliable and willing to do what it takes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a flexible mindset.
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
  • Must be highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team environment.
