Employment Information

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records, including tracking PTO.
  • Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment and answering employee inquiries.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring they are up to date and easily accessible.
  • Manage and maintain the office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
  • Filing and other various office duties.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a requirement

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 29 per week
