Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records, including tracking PTO.
- Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment and answering employee inquiries.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring they are up to date and easily accessible.
- Manage and maintain the office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
- Filing and other various office duties.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a requirement
